Thanks coach
You are the best tennis coach daddy ever🎾🎾
What would be your Max number of kids in a peewee class? And what length class can they handle?
Please more video for 3-8 yearsold
So, as with all things in life, use a bit of moderation I hope. ☺Because this looks exhausting hehe. Who said feeding balls was easy right ? Great tips coach, love it.
Super thanks coach
Hello, What type or size of racquet is for peewees?
Great Video ! This is what we are looking for as a parent getting involved with kids tennis training. Most of the videos I have seen are more like professional kids tennis hitting at a pro level rather than fundamental techniques like shown in this video.
Bill, thank you so much for sharing, I can’t believe I’ve stumbled upon your videos! I’m training to become a tennis coach and I just can’t get enough of your classes here! I’m actually a senior graphic designer myself, admiring the culture, complexity and social aspects of this game. One day after a training session, realizing I don’t want to be anywhere but on court all day, I dropped everything and I found myself studying to pass sport sciences exams, playing tennis daily to better my technique and trying to get my hands on any book/video/blog related to tennis coaching on my spare time.. and I just love your style! It is by far the most practical, right-to-the-point and intimate one, plus you’ve got the coolest assistants on court, they’re so lovely :) I have a 7 y/o daughter myself and I hope to be able to support her better on tennis. Please keep the videos coming and thanks again!!
Needed this SOOO much. Thanks, Bill!
"Be creative, have fun" thats the perfect advice for any activity with little kids. We are doing the same thing when we just go for a walk in the forest. If you make an adventure out if it. Kids enjoy
Will you change your grip towards the end of the grip when feeding from the baseline?
Great question
Nice video! helped my kid to learn
Good Tennis
do you have any advise if the student have some anger issues? like if he misses the ball, he starts wacking balls all full power or hitting himself with the racket?
Wow! As a coach I would prolly say something like: "it's all good man, you are actually doing better than you think" isolate one or two things that they are doing really well and emphasize that. Remind them that any and every new skill takes patience and a lot of practice. And the best part, sell them on the idea that the more calm they are able to remain the faster they will grow - "don't let your frustration at not doing well prevent you from observing how you can improve" good luck!!
Thank you so much for your videos, I'm starting today with my 5yrs old daughter.
I know his son is 17 now but he was too handsome, he already looked like a professional! Im sure he is great now!
Love this! Gonna try this out with my six year old
I loved 🥰 🥰 this video 🎥
Eooooooooo
Thank you so much for doing these videos. My kids love going out to play tennis. They are learning. I want them to keep their interest in this sport , especially now they love it.
This will be helpful. Just tried tennis with my 3 yo, going on 4 yo son and I had never taught a child to play tennis before. So I was bouncing the balls to him like it was baseball, forgetting that you're allowed to move around on the court to hit the ball. So I will try this exercise next time! Love the imagination idea too! I'll try that as well!
What is the right age for a child to start?
My 3 year olds favourite thing to do in tennis is exactly this! If he ever gets distracted and doesn’t want to listen while learning, a quick throw of the ball and he just wants to chase and hit haha! Great drill!
No aliens was hurt in this video cute 😂😂😂

I didn't see a huge number of videos on how to teach a rank beginner of any age on UA-cam, so I'm glad to at least see this. Maybe I just haven't figured the right search terms to open up that treasure trove of kids tennis videos. Meanwhile, I've figured out some progressions on helping kids and grownups make successful baby steps. Lots of compliments to help them stay focused. Making kids laugh. And for adults or kids I'm starting them with a grip that works for two handed forehands *and* backhands.
So this is the kid we are going to see in the US OPEN final... Cool beans
literally the coolest of beans

It's 2021 how's the progression
🧐🧐🧐🧐
Your dry humor really makes this. All our kids only care about bugs. 🤣
Appreciate this! Exactly what I was looking for .
shut up
Ok his is my mom Count I’m going to Learn
My practice with my Dad.. ua-cam.com/video/xH1fj0_y1Vs/v-deo.html
Vídeo mentiroso.
I like his loop, but the swing is a bit too big. I would try to show him a smaller loop.
Noob
Thank you for good advice!!!
:kid uhn :me HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
My son is 6. Started group lessons when 4 and broke none playing arm when 5 so just starting to play again. Hardest thing is getting him to understand proper swing technique and I think your videos have given me some ideas how to simplify it for him.
How to deal with kids don't follow instructions?
Thank you for your sharing! I have a 7 years old girl and I'd like to get her tennis learning now. May I know what brand of tennis racket should I buy for the beginner?
Idk but I bought this tennis racket that I think the brand is called Wilson

Green balls for such a little kid?
great
I can’t wait for classes to re-open. Let’s hope its soon. LOL Enjoyed your video. Thank you!!
This is a good tip for a three year old. Thanks
What type of racket does his son have ?
I like this video, taking my daughter (5) on Tuesday and neither of us has really played before (I maybe did some in school but I don't remember it) I was looking for some basic starting instructions and this was perfect. Thank you x
"His ability to step on the racket." Awesome!!
Hi, thank you for the great training ideas. Your son is a doll! What racket (size, brand, etc) do you recommend for toddlers. I have a two year old who is very coordinated and interested in balls. I think she'll enjoy tennis.
